According to the relevant laws and regulations of China and the Protocol of the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China and the Ministry of Agriculture of the Czech Republic on the Phytosanitary Requirements for Czech Malt and China, the Czech malt is allowed to lose to China. Czech malt should meet the requirements for inspection and quarantine of imported Czech malt (see annex).
The contents of this announcement shall be implemented as of the date of promulgation.
