Measures for the Administration of Inspection and Export of Fireworks and Firecrackers (promulgated by Order No. 9 of the National Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau on December 2, 1999) and Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Inspection of Imported Coatings (Order of the State Administration of Quality Inspection and Quarantine on April 19, 2002) Announcement No. 18) The Order of the General Administration of Customs on the publication of the Decision of the General Administration of Customs on Amending Certain Regulations (Order No. 238) was amended and published. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
The registered export fireworks and firecracker production enterprises shall promptly apply to the local customs office to complete the change of the production enterprise registration code before July 1, 2018. Applicants for the import of paints for the period of validity of the “Imported Coatings Record” should apply to the local customs in time to complete the “Imported Coatings Filing” before July 1, 2018. Related materials are attached.
The contents of this announcement shall be implemented as of the date of promulgation.
