According to the relevant laws and regulations of China and Russia and the Protocol on Veterinary and Public Health Conditions for Sino Russian Dairy Two-Way Trade signed by the competent authorities of the Chinese and Russian governments, China is approved to meet the requirements of China-Russia Dairy Two-way Trade Inspection and Quarantine (see annex). And Russian dairy products trade with each other.
The contents of this announcement shall be implemented as of the date of promulgation.
