Aerospace Power Parts Manufacturing project is located in Anshun National High-tech Industrial Development Zone (hereinafter referred to as “Anshun High-tech Zone”), with a planned area of about 50 mu and a construction area of 29,000 square meters (including: 20,000 square meters of standard factory buildings), and the purchase of advanced aerospace power. Parts production equipment (including five-axis CNC machining center, three-axis CNC machining center, CNC bending machine, three-coordinate measuring instrument, conductivity tester, etc.), can produce aerospace power components, including engine casing, crankshaft, Camshaft, transmission assembly and other products. This project is a new aerospace power component manufacturing project of Anshun High-tech Zone. It is now planned to rely on the “three-line” military enterprises and local characteristics of Anshun High-tech Industrial Development Zone to vigorously develop the aerospace component manufacturing industry. The project can be used as a link to deepen the integration of military and civilian, which is conducive to improving the industrial layout of Anshun High-tech Zone and promoting the development of equipment manufacturing industry in Guizhou Province. Through the construction of this project, it has made up for the shortage of regional aviation and aerospace supporting service capabilities, broadened the supply channels of aviation components, especially core power components, strengthened the supply of aviation parts and components, and promoted the gathering of industrial talents. The development of production and R&D activities has formed a dynamic library of aviation component industry talents based on the “the theoretical research talent echelon, the industrial application talent echelon, the industrial compound management talent echelon, and the industrial high-level blue-collar echelon”. Therefore, the development of the aviation component manufacturing industry in Anshun High-tech Zone is particularly important. After the project is completed, it is estimated that the annual sales income will be 150 million yuan, the total profit will be 76.79 million yuan, the income tax will be 19,197,100 yuan, the net profit will be 57.59 million yuan, the project investment return rate will be 34.75%, and the investment recovery period will be 4.55 years.
