According to the relevant laws and regulations of China and the “Protocol of the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China and the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Chile on the phytosanitary requirements for Chinese fresh dates to Chile,” the “Chinese Phytosanitary Requirements for the Export of Fresh Dates to Chile” is published, in line with China. Fresh dates for the export of fresh dates to Chile’s Plant Quarantine Requirements are allowed for export.
This announcement is implemented as of the date of promulgation.
